The Bloodfields

The Bloodfields were once the Greenfields, until the battle between Discord’s army and the dragorn soaked them. They lie west of Dranik’s Scar, on the road to the ruined capital.

Green to red

The zone was called the Greenfields before it became the site of so much bloodshed in the battle between the forces of Discord and the dragorn. Captain Gherish, High Priest Wersin, Ikaav dominators and a heavily burdened golem now hold it. The zone suits characters of about level 55 to 75.

The tanner and his apprentice

Barowsar, an apprentice tanner, greets you as an enemy of the Muramites. His father, Noble Jelvan the Eldest, has not been seen since the Muramites captured the High Council of Eight. When Barowsar was a hatchling, Lenarsk, his father’s tanner, hid him in a tapestry and carried him into the wilderness. Now Lenarsk teaches him to cut leather into armour.

Barowsar asks for spire control shards to cut Mata Muram’s communications, and he dreams of the Blood Standard of Dranik.

The Blood Standard

The dragorn believe they were all created by the death of one dragon, Dranik, the great father. The first dragorn made many things in his honour, among them a fearsome battle standard painted with a drop of blood from each of Dranik’s firstborn sons. The last armies to carry it fell to the Muramites, and no one knows where it went. See Dranik and the dragorn.

Where it sits

The zone-line files join the Bloodfields to Dranik’s Scar to the east and the Ruined City of Dranik to the north-west. The Ruined City lies there on the in-game map too.

Zone record at a glance

The zone database lists The Bloodfields as an outdoor zone, open to everyone, with no key or instance needed. Its listed level range is 55 to 75.

The same record names its neighbours as Dranik's Scar and Ruined City of Dranik. The map on this page draws only the links the map-pack zone lines confirm.
