Doomfire, the Burning Lands
Doomfire, the Burning Lands, is the Plane of Fire: the scorched, smoke-choked realm of Fennin Ro, the Tyrant of Fire, so deadly that even the gods are said to fear it.
A land of lava
The plane is scorched and choked with acrid smoke, a reflection of fire as both a creative and a destructive element. Volcanic mountains everywhere pour out lava that gathers in pools, and magma bursts through the ground in geysers of molten rock.
Petrified trees burn without end, making a forest of obsidian pillars and crimson flame. Beyond it a lava stream falls like a waterfall from a high cliff into a lake, and out of that searing lake rises a large island of volcanic rock and obsidian.
The Phoenix Bridge
A huge lake of lava is crossed by the Phoenix Bridge, guarded by planar phoenixes perched on pedestals with their wings raised, ready to fall on intruders. The lava itself will burn to death anyone foolish enough to try to swim across.
The whereabouts of Fennin Ro are a mystery, and are likely to stay one: his plane is a deadly threat even to gods who enter it.
Reaching the Burning Lands
Player guides join Doomfire to the Plane of Tranquility and to Solusek Ro’s Tower, the stronghold of Fennin Ro’s son. The Solusek Ro arc, through Jiva, Xuzl, the Protector of Dresolik, Arlyxir and Rizlona to Solusek Ro himself, is what flags a character for the Plane of Fire.
The same page lists an alternate flag, the Globe of Dancing Flame, that gives zone-in access to the Plane of Fire alone. The zone suits levels 65 to 75 and notes that live servers need level 60 to enter without a flag.

The Globe of Dancing Flame
Defeating Fennin Ro yields the Globe of Dancing Flame, one of the four elemental shields. Player guides list it among the four that are combined in an Odylic Vial into the Quintessence of Elements, which opens the way to the Plane of Time through the time machine in Innovation.
On our map Doomfire is its own island at the north-east of the ring, with a portal line to the hub and a short link to the Tower.
