The Plane of Justice
The Plane of Justice is a bleak land of grey plains and vast prisons ruled by the Tribunal, the six masked judges called the Six Hammers, and its trials are the first step on two of the great flag arcs.
Grey plains and prisons
It is a bleak landscape of endless grey plains and huge prison buildings. A council of six masked beings, the Tribunal, rules it; they are also called the Six Hammers, after their massive golden gavels.
Sentient creatures of every kind who have committed unspeakable crimes are sentenced to serve their time behind the impenetrable walls of the planar prisons, watched by the hooded servants of the Six Hammers.

The Seventh Hammer
The Tribunal’s mortal worshippers say the Six Hammers sit forever in the Court of Justice, passing judgment on the creatures brought before them by a being known only as the Seventh Hammer. He is their messenger and bailiff, and the only sentient creature who can stand before the immortal judges without being judged himself.
The quest Reaching the Seventh Hammer gives a flag for a special trial area in this plane where he can be found.

Trials of the Tribunal
Two arcs begin here. The Mithaniel Marr arc runs from Justice to Valor to the Halls of Honor, and the Agnarr arc from Justice to Storms to the Bastion of Thunder. Each starts with any Plane of Justice trial given by the Tribunal.
After a trial the arcs part: one leads to the Plane of Valor and the dragon Aerin`Dar, the other to the Plane of Storms and the quest to aid Askr.

Reaching Justice
The plane connects only to the Plane of Tranquility. It rates the zone 46 to 65 and notes that live servers need level 46 to enter without a key.
Our map draws Justice as its own island on the west of the ring, with a single portal line to the hub.
