Hate’s Fury, the Scorned Maiden
Hate’s Fury, the Scorned Maiden, is the legendary troll pirate ship that most sailors think is a tavern tale. It is real, and it lies moored in a lagoon beneath the Crypt of Nadox.
A ship from the stories
Sailors all over Norrath tell of Hate’s Fury: a ship crewed by violent troll pirates and filled to the brim with stolen treasure. Most of them reckon it is a story invented over a mug of ale in a dockside tavern. The name is well known on the sea and among the Broken Skull Marauders.

Where it hides
The ship exists. It is kept in a hidden lagoon under the island at the Crypt of Nadox, where many of the crew live. Even if you stand well with the clan, the official advice is to stay far away. Our map draws the ship off the south-west of the island, by the crypt, where the zone-line files put its entrance.

Crew and passengers
The zone records list who you will meet aboard: Lieutenant Commander Vzain, Quartermaster Fisan, Chef Gokig, Scout Shin`Ci, Harbinger Iinati and Uumuvan the Soulless. There is also Cabin Gnome Fitzgerald, and Shoqui the Forgotten.
It is the island’s hardest zone, for characters of about level 55 to 65.
Faith and plunder
The ship shows the two sides of the clan at once: pirates who take what they want at sea, and worshippers of Innoruuk whose plunder pays for his temples. The treasure in its hold was gathered by troll captains over the ages, and the captives taken at sea are the same slaves who built Nadox’s shrines and dug the black ore.
